I really know how to pick hotels, no wonder it's under InterContinental…

I've always had a soft spot for InterContinental. This time in Xishuangbanna, I couldn't book my favorite room type at InterContinental, so I chose this voco hotel in Gozhuang. It's a brand under InterContinental, and it definitely didn't disappoint—very satisfied in every aspect~

🌴 The trendy Dai-style hotel experience is truly lovable! The first impression was stunning with the "Dai Trendy Style" design, turning Dai brocade patterns into colorful geometric shapes. The lobby's green plants paired with bright yellow sofas, and even the corridor carpets feature tropical fruit prints~
Especially the pool on the 5th floor, with blue and white tiles surrounded by palm trees. When the sunset shines in the evening, it’s perfect for filling your social media grid with photos~

📷 Afternoon tea can be enjoyed on the top floor, sitting outdoors while looking at the Golden Pagoda is really relaxing~

📍 It's a 5-minute walk to the Starry Night Market, and downstairs there are several local Dai-style barbecue spots that locals often visit. The late-night snacks are amazing!

If you come to Xishuangbanna and don’t want to stay in an "old-fashioned resort hotel," but want comfort and convenience, voco is definitely a no-brainer! Tested and proven to be cost-effective, I’ll choose it again next time~
