The third month after quitting scrolling through Moments, I escaped the city

Consciously starting to reduce the frequency of scrolling through Moments began when I realized I should focus more on myself.
Consciously starting the "Weekend City Escape Plan" began when I realized I should regularly let myself briefly detach from the fast-paced, high-pressure, and socially intense city life.

For this city escape plan, I chose Shuanglong Hotel, just a five-minute walk from Jinhua Shuanglong Cave Scenic Area. This is a resort hotel originally built in 1959 and renovated in 2020, combining old and new architectural styles and interior design.

Hotel architectural and decoration style:
The exterior retains the original historic architectural style, and the interior is decorated with many vintage items full of nostalgia. Entering this hotel really feels like visiting a museum! When I got to the room, I absolutely loved the retro wall paneling style throughout the room! It’s like a dream back to the 1980s! The combination of dark green and brown furniture gives the whole room a rich texture. Every room has a fairly large balcony with the original architectural style preserved, overlooking a vast bamboo forest! It gives a faint feeling of being back at my grandmother’s house in childhood…

Hotel activities:
✨ Equipped with a children's pool, transparent little boats, and a whole forest in the frame for amazing photos!
✨ Hanfu experience: The hotel offers many beautiful and well-sized Hanfu dresses for little fairies of all ages to choose from.
✨ Playful sandpit: I happened to see a pair of dragon and phoenix twins digging in the sandpit. This sandpit is very parent-friendly, allowing hands-free for hours of digging!
‼️ In addition, the hotel arranges activities such as seated meditation 🧘, forest yoga 🧘‍♀️, Mahjong, karaoke, and more—there’s always something for you!

Food recommendations: Guzicheng Night Market offers many local Jinhua specialties! We checked in at "Wuzhouli" and "Old Jinhua Jinhua Cuisine."
At "Wuzhouli," you can enjoy dining on a black-awning boat while watching a guzheng performance!
"Old Jinhua Jinhua Cuisine" is a famous old Jinhua restaurant visited by Wu Ha and Running Man! Personally tested and delicious 😋
