Sip tea and enjoy the atmosphere of Jiufen, Taiwan.

🏮Jiufen Old Street is an ancient village located in northern Taiwan. Its distinctive feature is its hillside setting, adorned with red lanterns. Most of the shops there are teahouses.
🏮Jiufen was once a small village that served as the center of gold mining in the past, and became famous for filming the movie "City of Sadness."
🏮We stopped at Jiufen Teahouse, a four-story shop. The ground floor sells various dried teas, as well as pottery, plates, and cups. We went up to the fourth floor, which offers a beautiful outdoor view. The atmosphere was wonderful, with mountain views of the city. We ordered a tea set, which included tea and snacks. The tea tables are large wooden tables with a fire pit in the center for boiling tea. It's very traditional and traditional Chinese.
🏮We recommend visiting in the evening, as there are shops and restaurants lining the street. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea with beautiful lighting and beautiful decorative lights.

📍How to get there: Take bus route 1062 from Taipei to Jiufen.
📍Location: Jishan St, Ruifang District, New Taipei City, Taiwan
