Jiuzhaigou! A once-in-a-lifetime fairyland on earth!

Only after visiting Jiuzhaigou will you understand that the saying "After returning from Jiuzhaigou, you won't look at other waters" is true. The colorful lakes, magnificent waterfalls, and dense forests—any scenery here will make you marvel at nature's craftsmanship. 💖

🗺️ Route Planning
Jiuzhaigou is Y-shaped. If you want to explore it all in one day, it’s recommended to first take the sightseeing bus to the top of Rize Valley, then visit Arrow Bamboo Sea, Panda Lake, Five Flower Lake, and Pearl Shoal Waterfall in order. These spots are all on the right side, so be sure to choose a seat on the right side of the bus for the best view. Five Flower Lake is the beauty icon of Jiuzhaigou; when sunlight shines down, the lake water gradually changes from blue to green to yellow, making every photo a masterpiece.

Have lunch at Nuorilang Center Station to recharge, then head to Zechawa Valley in the afternoon. Don’t miss Changhai Lake and Five Color Pool. Changhai Lake is the largest lake in Jiuzhaigou, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. In autumn and winter, you can even see the frozen lake surface. Although small, Five Color Pool looks like a spilled palette, with water as blue as a gem. On the way back, visit Reed Sea in Shuzheng Valley, where golden reeds sway beautifully in the wind, creating an unbelievably stunning scene.

🍜 Specialty Food
The food at Nuorilang Center Station in the scenic area is expensive and not tasty, so it’s recommended to bring your own snacks. There are many delicious options at the valley entrance and Zhangzha Town. Yak meat hotpot is a must-try; the yak meat, raised freely on the plateau, is firm and cooked in a flavorful broth, paired with barley cakes—absolutely amazing! Also try the potato glutinous rice cakes, which are chewy and soft after pounding, dipped in special sauce—you’ll love it at first bite. Tibetan yogurt is also worth trying; it’s thick and creamy, and when mixed with some sugar, it’s sweet and sour, perfect for cutting through richness.

🏠 Accommodation Options
If your budget allows, stay at a high-end hotel at the valley entrance, such as Jiuzhaigou Paradise Intercontinental Hotel. It offers a great environment and attentive service, and you can sleep in a bit longer before entering the scenic area in the morning. If you want to save money, choose a guesthouse in Zhangzha Town, which is affordable and lets you stroll around the town at night to experience local life. Remember to book in advance during peak season, or rooms may be hard to find.
