We stopped by 嘉壹奶茶 (JIAYI) at Eco Botanic for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, and honestly, it ended up being way better than expected. The shop itself is small and low-key, with a clean, minimal setup—but once we took our first sip, we knew this place is all about the tea.
I had their classic brown sugar milk tea with pearls, and it was spot on. Creamy, not overly sweet, and the pearls were fresh—soft on the outside, chewy in the center, just how they should be. You can tell they take their tapioca seriously here.
We also tried their fruit tea, and it was super refreshing—light, slightly floral, with real fruit slices and a subtle sweetness that didn’t overpower. Perfect for a hot day.
What stood out the most was the balance. A lot of bubble tea shops go overboard with sugar or artificial flavors, but JIAYI kept everything smooth, mellow, and honestly kind of addictive.
Staff were polite and fast, and they got the order just right without us needing to repeat anything. Simple, friendly service that matched the overall vibe of the shop.
If you’re in Eco Botanic and craving bubble tea that leans more on quality than hype, 嘉壹奶茶 is a hidden gem worth checking out.
