Stayed at KSL Hotel & Resort during a business trip to Johor Bahru, and it was a very convenient choice. The hotel is a sleek, high-rise property situated right above KSL City Mall in the downtown area, which made my stay both comfortable and practical.

The room I stayed in was simple yet well-appointed, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the city skyline. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar fridge, and tea/coffee-making facilities, the room provided everything I needed for a short work trip.
