We arrived right at opening time (10:30 AM) and were the first customers! The interior is so beautifully designed that we couldn’t decide where to sit. Their signature menu item, the cheese cake 'San Sebastian Original' (9,000 KRW), was displayed. Cheese Room’s cheesecake is a Spanish-style cheesecake made without flour, giving it a soft, melting texture. The basic table setting includes a cute yellow cheese-shaped pager and a stone placed on the napkin to keep it from flying away.

The food is served very quickly. The first dish we tried was the Olive Ricotta Campagne (19,000 KRW). A staff member brought out the ricotta cheese-topped campagne bread and four types of marinated olives separately, then generously placed the olives on the bread right at the table. Perhaps this is to prevent the bread from getting soggy? Next was the Balsamic Scallops (29,000 KRW). Scallops were placed on a bed of potato puree mixed with Emmental cheese, accompanied by balsamic and yuzu sauce. Eating the potato puree and scallops together was absolutely delicious! However, there were only six scallops. The final dish was the Truffle Paccheri Pasta, which was incredibly tasty. The paccheri pasta soaked in truffle cream sauce was topped with Grana Padano cheese and prosciutto, enhancing the flavor.
