I stayed at the Sheraton Kagoshima, which just opened in May 2023 🏨
I was given a free upgrade to a room with a view of Sakurajima, but it's definitely better with a view! 🥳

The interior is new and stylish, the restaurant and bar are nice, the hot springs are beautiful and have foot baths and saunas, there's a free shuttle bus from Kagoshima Chuo Station, and if you're a Marriott Platinum member or above, you get two free meals at the club lounge, so 12,000 yen per person was a great deal 🫶🏻
