Kaifeng No.1 Restaurant: Baozi Banquet

Kaifeng First Floor is a century-old store. Diyilou Xiaolongbao is a traditional delicacy that originated from the famous delicacy "Wanglou Cave Plum Blossom Baozi" in Tokyo during the Northern Song Dynasty. Its shape “looks like a lantern when lifted up and like a chrysanthemum when put down” and is praised as “a unique dish in Zhongzhou cuisine”.
