#Solo travel plan Kamakura is a seaside city not far from Tokyo. It takes about 1 hour by train. It has everything, whether it's food, cafes, the sea, Mt. Fuji, and a temple with a large Buddha statue that they say is very tall.
Here's our travel method:
📍Start from Ueno (stay here), take the subway to Shinjuku Station because we will buy the Enoshima/Kamakura Freepass at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center counter.
📍When you get off the subway, look for the Odakyu Line sign. Follow it and you will see the counter before the entrance to the Odakyu Line.
📍We bought it from the officer. There was a document in Thai for 1,640 yen.
📍When you get the ticket, you can walk onto the train. Check the time, platform, and train you will take.
📍We have to change trains at Fujisawa Station to change to the Enoshima Dentetsu Line to get off at Kamakura Station.
📍Then take the Enoden train to the tourist spots.
📍For the return trip, travel the same way as the way here.
Kamakura is a very cute city. I like it very much. If I have the chance, I want to visit again. It is especially beautiful when the sun sets.
