Japan's Kujukushima: A dreamlike archipelago between the tides

On the edge of Kyushu, Japan, outside Sasebo Bay, there is a dreamlike sea area - Kujukushima.
This sea area extends north to Hirado, and the 25-kilometer blue sea hides countless tenderness and romance. The complex coastline is jagged and the islands are scattered like chess pieces on earth. They are intertwined with each other, together outlining a beautiful natural picture, spreading freely on this clear sea.
Almost the entire area is designated as Saikai National Park, and the density of islands is the highest in Japan. "Ninety-nine" is not a literal number, but a metaphor with many implications.
In fact, there are 208 islands lying in this sea. The amazing thing is that these islands seem to be brought to life by the tides, and their number changes with the rise and fall of the tides. At low tide, many hidden small islands emerge and the number of islands quietly increases; at high tide, some adjacent islands are gently embraced by the sea and connected together, and the originally separate individuals become one, or even several islands merge into one, presenting a series of wonderful changes in the world.
If you want to immerse yourself in the beauty of Kujukushima, taking a sightseeing boat is undoubtedly the best choice.
As the boat moves slowly forward, the sea breeze whispers in your ears, and the islands in front of you switch slowly like slides, sometimes scattered in an orderly manner, sometimes connected into pieces. Every glance is a gift from nature's magic, and every moment is an affectionate embrace of the poetic beauty. #日本旅行攻略 #新年美食2025 #trip #日本景点 #九九島 #日本旅行 #Sasebo旅游 #Sasebo旅行 #Island Vacation #Sightseeing Boat
