[Kamakura Hase Kotoku-in Great Buddha, walk from Yuigahama to Zaimokuza]
🚶🏻Kamakura Hase Kotoku-in Great Buddha, walk from Yuigahama to Zaimokuza🚶🏻
On this day, I filled up on spicy curry at OXYMORON on Komachi-dori, then took the Enoden to see the Great Buddha at Kamakura Hase Kotoku-in, walked along the coast, and returned to JR Kamakura Station. It's also a good idea to stay in the Hase area from Yuigahama and go around to some delicious restaurants.

🍡Chikaramochiya Japanese confectionery shop
"Chikaramochiya is a Japanese confectionery shop that has been in business for over 300 years, for nine generations, since the Edo period. The current building was hastily constructed as a barracks after the end of the Pacific War, amid a shortage of supplies, and has been used as is. The large curtain decorating the shop was written by calligrapher Hayashi Sodo (1899-1949), who was born in Aichi and was active in the early Showa period.
By the way, the round post next to the building is called the hydrangea post, and in early summer, hydrangeas bloom close to the post. 』

🌊Beach: Walk from Yuigahama to Zaimokuza🌊
The walk from Hase, Yuigahama to Zaimokuza and back to the station is quite long and requires physical strength, so we recommend going after 5pm in summer and in spring and autumn.
