[Kumamoto Prefecture: Kami Amakusa] If you go to Amakusa, you should definitely try this delicious salted bread!

This is a salt bread specialty shop located inside "Rizola Terrace Amakusa" that I stopped by during a trip to Amakusa.
Many people were entering the shop one after another, so I decided to line up and buy some.

Each piece is handmade in the shop using Amakusa salt. Apparently the temperature of the oven is adjusted depending on the weather and temperature of the day.

I was surprised at how delicious it was after just one bite, and I regretted not buying more!
