It's a buffet, but when you sit down, they give you three types of appetizers 🍽️
The buffet has a lot of Kanazawa-style dishes, such as Kagaya greens tempura, salt-grilled Nodoguro, bite-sized sushi, sashimi, Kanazawa curry, Kanazawa oden, and jibuni 🍛🍣
There are also other standard dishes, and the selection is rich 😋
And they're all delicious ❕❕❕
They use ingredients carefully selected at Omicho Market, and they cook in real time 🧑🍳
You can drink champagne in the morning 🥂 I drank it... 🤭
I was so full I couldn't eat lunch 💞
