Kazuemachi Teahouse District

There are several "Chaya Districts" in Kanazawa, but the most famous is "Higashi Chaya District".
The "Kazukemachi Chaya District" that I will introduce this time is also small, but I recommend it as a charming place.
This Chaya District was built in the Meiji era.

It is just a short walk from "Higashi Chaya District", so it is a place you should visit in addition to "Kazukemachi".
It is a Chaya District along the river, and it feels great to walk along the streets lined with cherry trees, enjoying the pleasant breeze!

I recommend the cafe "Tsuchiya" in this Chaya District, which has a wonderful atmosphere in a historic building and serves delicious coffee👍
