Evaluation:
Go through the iconic mural at the 1st floor entrance to the 3rd floor. There is a front desk, lounge, and restaurant. I visited for lunch, and the restaurant mainly serves course menus, while the lounge also serves a la carte dishes such as curry and hamburgers.
This time I chose a hamburger. The burger made with Noto beef was full of gravy and very satisfying!
It is directly connected to the station, but it is located on the opposite side of the main exit of Kanazawa Station, so it is calm.
