Whenever I go back to my grandmother's house in Kagoshima, I always stop by "Takinochaya." Here, you can enjoy carp dishes, which is rare. The carp is fresh, so the sashimi is firm and has no strong flavor. And above all, the carp flavor is amazing. The carp gives off a broth that is very flavorful.
