Eighteen Arhats Mountain Service Area in Liugui, Kaohsiung

The Eighteen Arhats Mountain Service Area is located along the provincial highway in Liugui District, adjacent to Laonong River and Eighteen Arhats Mountain. Managed by the Maolin National Scenic Area, the service area offers small shops, restrooms, rest areas, and a scenic bridge. The bridge provides visitors with a unique perspective to enjoy the natural beauty of the Laonong River Valley, weathered rocks, and mountain views.

(The scenic trail is very flat and easy to walk, making it suitable for all ages.)

It is recommended to spend about an hour here. You can also book a guided tour in advance to gain a deeper understanding of the local features and history. Additionally, you can visit Baolai to try the local specialty snack, Coffee Aiyu Jelly!
