Chengcing Lake Scenic Area

🏞️ Located in Niaosong District, Kaohsiung City, Chengcing Lake Scenic Area is the largest lake in Kaohsiung and is often referred to as the "West Lake of Taiwan." Covering a total area of 375 hectares, the area is renowned for its "Three Bridges, Six Attractions, and Eight Scenic Spots."

The famous Nine-Curve Bridge spans 230 meters, with its winding structure creating a picturesque reflection on the lake's surface. The Zhongxing Tower, the tallest structure in the park, offers panoramic views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and even the cityscape in the distance. The Maze Garden, an award-winning eco-design, is a popular spot for families with children.

Chengcing Lake is not only a scenic area but also an important water source for Kaohsiung. Admission to the park is now free, and it features facilities such as a lakeside trail and barbecue areas, making it an ideal destination for family outings and nature lovers.
