Kaohsiung-Tainan 2-Night, 3-Day Healing Trip Review

### Day 1 (Arrival in Kaohsiung, Art Walk)
- Morning: Arrive in Kaohsiung
- Lunch: Local cuisine, including Taiwanese noodles and tea, at a local restaurant near the accommodation
- Afternoon: Visit Pier 2 Art Center
Walk through the mural alley, filled with galleries and souvenir shops
A bright and lively atmosphere during the day, and a different atmosphere at night under the lights
- Evening: Watch a band performance at the art center's cafe.
Check in to accommodation and relax

### Day 2 (Tainan Culture + Nature Healing)
- Morning: Travel to Tainan (train, approx. 30 minutes). - Visit the Tainan Chimei Museum — architecture, art galleries, and a stroll through the plaza.
Highly recommended if you enjoy exhibitions and relaxation. 🥰
- Lunch: Lunch at the museum and enjoy the outdoor garden.
- Afternoon: Tour the streets and cafes of Tainan's Old City, stroll through the workshops and artist streets.
- Evening: Return to Kaohsiung by train — enjoy local beer and seafood at the city streets and night market. 😛

### Day 3 (Kaosiung Slow Walk, Nature Experience)
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, stroll nearby. Heal yourself in the shade of the giant trees and birdsong in a city park.
- Lunch: Coffee at a local riverside cafe.
- Afternoon: Stroll through Cijin Island, a major attraction in the southern part of the region.
- After the tour, check out of the hotel and visit a nearby shop for souvenirs. - Airport Transfers and Return

- If you enjoy art and nature, I highly recommend Pier 2 Art Center and Chimei Museum.
- The atmosphere is completely different during the day and at night, so I recommend taking a walk around each.
- Taiwan is easy to get around, and you can experience a variety of things via public transportation and walking.
- Local cafes, markets, and alleyways are filled with small-scale art and everyday life.

My three-day, two-night trip to Kaohsiung and Tainan was short but incredibly healing!
