Featured in Michelin! Hong Kong's Wontonmen

A popular wonton noodle restaurant that has also been awarded a Michelin star.

There are many locals at the restaurant, and the menu is in the local language. However, the staff brought me a magazine article that featured the restaurant in Japan and a Japanese menu, which was very helpful.

The wonton noodle is characterized by its thin, elastic noodles, which are very satisfying to eat. And the wontons were delicious with plump shrimp, so I'm glad I went! It was completely different from Japanese ramen.

There were many other menu items, so I'd like to try other things next time.
