Take a boat trip to the harbor to see the beautiful scenery of the mountain city⛵

Gushan Fishing Harbor is a quiet fishing village, with many fishing boats moored. The vast ocean stretches out as far as the eye can see, and walking along this street, you can also see the 85 Building in the distance. Upon arriving at the Gushan Ferry Station, the pedestrian waiting area and ferry boarding area are located at the Gushan Fish Market, next to the convenience store on the left. Walk through the tunnel and you'll find the waiting area. The approximately 10-minute ferry ride takes you to Cijin Pier, where the beautiful red brick architecture is still preserved. From Cijin Pier Station, you'll find Cijin Old Street, a long street leading directly to Cijin Beach, lined with seafood restaurants and numerous night market food stalls. This area serves the famous "Old Style Tomato Cut Plate" with its unique sauce, perfect for cooling off on hot days. There are also many seafood and dessert shops, so check them out if you're interested.

Continue along the old street until you reach Cijin Beach, a truly beautiful beach, shaded by coconut trees and surrounded by talented people. Strolling slowly to the right of Cijin Beach, you'll see the entrance to the Cijin Starry Sky Tunnel.

At dusk, a visit to the Cijin Lighthouse in Kaohsiung is another popular spot. Also known as the Qijin Lighthouse, it's a 5-10 minute walk and easily accessible. The exotic white lighthouse offers expansive views of Kaohsiung Harbor, beautiful Sizihwan Bay, and the majestic 85 Building. Even better, you can enjoy afternoon tea in the lighthouse park, enjoying the breeze and the sea. The scenery is stunning during the day, and the illuminated lights create a uniquely romantic atmosphere at night.

The one-way ferry from Gushan to Cijin costs only NT$20 with a transportation card (EasyCard, One-Person Card, etc.), while cash costs NT$30.
