The staff was amazing. Everyone starting from the reception, bell boys, restaurants and security were very nice. The hotel has good food and the spa also very clean and services were very good.

Had a minor issue with being given a smoking room. Smoking rooms should only be given to those who ask for it. Everyone else should default to non-smoking these days. However, that was fixed very quickly. I would go there again anytime.
