As the title suggests, the lounge is available 24 hours a day.
The offerings vary slightly depending on the time of day, with champagne available from 1pm to 3pm and apple cider available from 3pm to 5pm.
Check-in is from 3pm, but if you arrive early you can enjoy champagne, so it's recommended.
There are also snacks such as Futabado castella, misuzu candy, and miso monaka.
(They seem to be sold out at night.)

Tea and coffee are available 24 hours a day, so it's nice to be able to go whenever you like.
