A shuttle bus leaves from the outlet adjacent to Karuizawa Station. It's about a 30-minute walk.

This is a new hotel that opened in February 2022, so both the common areas and the rooms are very clean.

Check-in is by the fireplace. It's nice to arrive in the cold and be able to slowly complete the procedure while warming up in front of the fireplace😊

The welcome drink (a citrus hot drink on this day) also lifts your spirits.

The reception and guest room buildings are different.

The building leading to the guest room building is covered in snow, which gives it a charming feel.

Even though it's cold, the air is fresh and pleasant, so just walking around the building feels great✨

Actually, there is a large public bath here, and you can enjoy hot springs in both the indoor and outdoor baths🧖‍♀️

The outdoor bath is carbonated, so the water is very smooth! After checking in, we recommend warming up in the hot springs first😊
