If you're visiting Nepal during the summer (around May–July), prepare for the intense sun and dry air of Kathmandu. But it's also charming in its own way, with clear skies that make for beautiful blue photos.

• Wandering around each shop is so engrossing you'll lose track of time. The rocks here range from quartz, lapis lazuli, turquoise, to rare Himalayan stones.
• Most shops let you touch and experience their energy. Some even tell stories about the rocks.

🌤 Thamel's Summer Atmosphere
• Less crowded than during peak season, but still lively.
• The smell of incense, coffee, and the hum of bicycles and motorbikes mingle.
• The afternoon sunlight reflects off the rocks in the shops, creating a beautiful play of colors. It's like having an aura.

🚗 Traveling with inDrive

• From the outskirts to Thamel, it takes about 15–25 minutes (depending on traffic and horn noise 😅).
