[Chiba] Tomisaki Shrine with a panoramic view of Katsuura City

Tomisaki Shrine, located in downtown Katsuura City, is a beautiful shrine lined with red lanterns. On the way up the stairs to the main hall, you can get a panoramic view of Katsuura City around Katsuura Station. You can also see the fishing port and the sea, and on clear days you can see fishing boats in the distance. Black kites fly in the sky, and time flows peacefully.

I went in July, so the hydrangeas were in full bloom. In spring, many Hina dolls are lined up on these stairs, making it a popular spot for tourists from all over Japan.

I visited the shrine while enjoying the greenery and scenery, and prayed for a safe journey.
