What's it like to live at the foot of a snow-capped mountain?

On my fourth day in Georgia, I went to Kazbegi and stayed at Kazbegi Story. Their mountain-view wooden loft villa offers breathtaking snowy mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows ❄️

Waking up the next morning, I opened my eyes to golden sunlight illuminating the mountains through the glass. It felt like life should be this way—leaving stress and worries behind, waking up to another beautiful day ☀️

My favorite part was their large bathtub. At night, I'd enjoy a glass of red wine 🍷, play my favorite music 🎵, and take a bubble bath 🛁 while gazing at the dark valley—pure bliss 😆

Upon check-in, the owner gifts a bottle of wine. All daily necessities are provided, including slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, and tableware. The owner is very warm and always ready to help with any questions.

The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer dining services. For meals, you might need to walk about 10 minutes to the town, which might not be ideal for lazy folks. But overall, it was an incredibly memorable stay 😭
