Keelung half-day tour itinerary recommended! (Including short climb + walking)
Three ways to get to Keelung~~ (sleep until you are full before setting off!)
1. If you drive, you can park near Keelung Railway Station (there are plenty of parking spaces)
2. You can also take the train
3. Or take a bus or coach from Taipei to Keelung!
Just Google the restaurant’s name and you’ll be there in 10-15 minutes!
Keelung's niche sea view restaurant - "Hou Shan Sea View Cafe"
Address: No. 105, Lane 65, Zhongshan 2nd Road, Zhongshan District, Keelung City 203
We went in shortly after the restaurant opened.
So there weren’t that many people (but the window seats were gone 🥲)
If you want to sit by the window, you may have to come earlier.
(But this trip is mainly about sleeping in and relaxing~~ we ate it as brunch)
I mistook it for a beauty cafe when I saw the entrance
I went in and looked at the menu and realized that it was Chinese food 😆
It feels a bit like a Taiwanese stir-fry restaurant.
Light meal set portion
This time I ordered hot pot, braised beef brisket set meal, and spicy chicken set meal (the set meal includes drinks, side dishes, and desserts~)
Among them, the hot pot is more recommended. The taste is spicy, so those who are afraid of spicy food should not order it!
The braised beef brisket is also good!
But the focus of a scenic restaurant is not the meal! It’s the scenery!
The restaurant overlooks Keelung Harbor
After dinner, you can go to the balcony to enjoy the scenery and have a better view!
The photo is attached with the first page of the menu~~
The average per capita income is around NT$400.
The restaurant requires a minimum consumption of 160 (drinks can be ordered separately)
(The restaurant will charge a service fee)
Rating: 3/5
(The scenery is nice, the food is average, but since there are not many scenic restaurants nearby, I don't really ask for it~)
After eating, you can walk to the nearby bookstore and cafe converted from a school~~~
