📅 Travel Itinerary

🚤 05:30 – Depart from Phuket

Leave the hotel early as the tour package vehicle picks you up promptly. The journey to Thap Lamu Pier in Phang Nga Province takes about 1.5–2 hours.

⛴️ 08:30 – Board the speedboat to Similan

The speedboat ride to the Similan Islands takes approximately 1.5 hours. The cool breeze and expansive sea views along the way are truly exhilarating.

🏝️ 10:00 – Island 8 (Similan Island)

The first stop is Island 8, where the highlight is Sail Rock. A short 10–15 minute hike leads to the viewpoint. From there, you can admire the stunning white sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea in various shades of blue—so mesmerizing you'll want to linger.

🤿 11:30 – Snorkeling

We went snorkeling near Islands 9 and 7. The water was so clear that we could see schools of fish and coral vividly. It was our first time witnessing such a beautiful underwater world.

🍛 12:30 – Lunch

The tour team provided a buffet lunch on the island, including fried rice, fried chicken, fruits, and simple beverages to recharge before the afternoon activities.

🏝️ 13:30 – Relax on the beach

In the afternoon, we chose to relax on the beach or take another dip in the clear waters. We also took photos to capture the memories.

⛴️ 15:00 – Return journey

We boarded the speedboat back to the pier and then took the vehicle back to Phuket, arriving at the hotel in the evening.

✨ Impressions

The Similan Islands felt like a small paradise in the middle of the sea. The water was so clear you could see the sandy bottom, coral reefs, and colorful fish. It was an exhausting but incredibly worthwhile trip.
