I wanted to drink delicious coffee during my trip to Kumamoto, so I searched and found this one¨̮♡

The first thing I saw when I entered the shop was a huge five-water dripper for Dutch coffee (cold-brewed coffee)

I thought, "What a shame..." as there was no coffee in it, but headed to my seat︎☺︎

There was a roaster and the inside of the shop smelled good of coffee☕️

It's rich, but the moment I put it in my mouth

the owner started pouring coffee and water into the water dripper!
I couldn't help but run over and show it to him

he said 4 hours later, so I couldn't wait lol

I was intrigued by the number of years the shop was founded and the words "special curry rice" written on the coaster, so I talked to the very quiet owner
and he told me that his father runs a coffee shop in Kyoto!
