Kombu water? Tsukemen? It was delicious.

FUKUOKA / kitakyushu

A stylish and cute tsukemen restaurant has opened in Kokura πŸ’—

The tiger logo is super cute 🐯
And, unusually for Kokura, there was a line πŸ˜‚ γ…‹γ…‹

The menu included

Kombu water tsukemen

Niboshi char siu noodles

Niboshi ramen

~~~✨
Kombu water tsukemen was healthy and delicious πŸ€€πŸ’•
The key to tasting it with salt at first was delicious πŸ§‚πŸ˜³
Salt in kelp water is the best!
The boiled eggs were delicious and the amount of meat was voluminous and very satisfying✨
Overall, the amount was quite large, but the chewy texture of the kelp meant I ate it allπŸšγ…‹γ…‹
It was quite a new sensation and the taste was delicious, so I recommend itπŸ₯°
I don't like tsukemen with a strong bonito or seafood flavor, but this one doesn't have a strong smell and I ate it all~🀟🏼😎
If you come to Kokura, please try it~
