You have to pay an entrance fee to enter Kokura Castle.

Adults pay 350 yen, children pay 100 yen.
Opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Kitakyushu is a quiet small city that can be reached in 1 hour and 30 minutes from Incheon Airport. If you want a quiet place rather than a crowded trip to Japan, I recommend it!
