[Hyogo, Kobe] Kobe Luminarie

It's been decided that the Kobe Luminarie will be held for the first time in four years! 🌟
After being canceled for three consecutive years since 2020 due to COVID-19, it has been decided that the event will be held this year!
The Kobe Luminarie was started to mourn the victims of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake,
to pass on their memories, and to express hopes for reconstruction and revitalization. It has been held annually from early to mid-December,
but with its return for the first time in four years,
it will be moved to late January, more in keeping with its original meaning: "Commemorating and consoling the souls of those affected by the earthquake, and expressing dreams and hopes for reconstruction and revitalization!" There have also been some changes to the location, and Meriken Park will now be included! 🌿

We're looking forward to the first light festival in four years, the Kobe Luminarie! 🌃🤍

Dates:
January 19 (Fri) - January 28 (Sun), 2024 (10 days)

Locations:
Higashiyuenchi Park, Former Foreign Settlement, Meriken Park
