This is a sweets cafe located on the mosaic side of Kobe Harborland umie, one of Kobe's most famous tourist spots on the sea side.
Some of the facilities at umie (on the mosaic side) have restaurants and shops that allow pets, so it's recommended for outings with pets.
The rich milk soft serve ice cream, which can only be eaten at four stores in Kobe city, was delicious.
This store also has benches outside the store.
