The Kobe Maritime Museum is a comprehensive maritime museum with the theme of "sea, ships, and ports" located in Meriken Park in Hatoba-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is one of the symbols of Kobe Port.

This was my first time visiting, and I was overwhelmed by its size. I wonder why museums are so exciting! It makes me feel like I'm on a field trip.

Next door is Kawasaki World, a corporate museum run by the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group. It's close to Kobe Port, and there are cafe spaces and restaurants nearby where you can have lunch, so why not stretch your legs and take a stroll?
