DAY 37:
The Golden Week holiday is over. When everyone returns to work, I am also ready to set off from Kobe City. Today's destination is Himeji City, which will be the prelude to a 20-day bicycle tour of the Seto Inland Sea. There is no need to rely on navigation. Basically, I ride along the coastal road. When I pass the Akashi Bridge, I will see Awaji Island connected to Honshu. On the other side of Awaji Island is Tokushima Prefecture connected to the Naruto Bridge. Unfortunately, this road is not accessible by bicycle. It can only be driven by car or large motorcycle. If I have the opportunity in the future, I would like to bring my wife to go on a self-driving tour of the Seto Inland Sea.
Attractions:
Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (Emotional Pavilion)
Akashi Bridge
Accommodation: Hotel Wing International Himeji, Himeji City
Today's cycling distance: 62 kilometers
Cumulative cycling mileage: 2032 km
