▶️When I arrived at Arima Onsen Village, away from the bustling city of Osaka during my trip to Japan, the first thing I noticed was the difference in the air. It was cleaner, quieter, and felt like I was stepping back in time.
▶️After soaking in the hot springs and checking out of my accommodation, I took a leisurely stroll through the village. The narrow alleys, long-established shops, and old wooden signs... everything was picturesque. There was a free footbath along the way, which seemed like a nice place to rest my aching legs. There was also a cable car station at the top. If you have time, I recommend taking a ride for a spectacular view of the village. Arima isn't just about hot springs; it's a place where simply walking through the village is healing. The streets are somewhat narrow and winding, but that makes the stroll feel even more special. The traditional shops and the quiet, smiling walks along the streets were so relaxing, even without much conversation :)
🥰If you ever visit a hot spring village, be sure to take some time to stroll through the village. ^^
