I went to Cochin, Kerala, South India for my summer vacation. India is famous for its diverse cuisine, and among them, I tried the South Indian Thali. I went to a restaurant called Aryaas Regent on the recommendation of an Indian friend.

Thali is a South Indian meal where you choose the main dish with various chutneys and sambals, and I chose Dosa, which has a rich flavor.

I cut the crispy and rich Dosa into bite-size pieces and spread chutney on it, and it tasted like South India. I also ordered Paneer 65, a cheese fried dish, which was rich, soft, and really delicious.

I also had Chai, a famous Indian tea, and it made the meal more fulfilling.
