Salahek is a small fishing village in a bay located in the southern part of the east coast of Koh Chang, the largest island in the Koh Chang archipelago, in the eastern province of Thailand. Since Koh Chang is not as well-known as Phuket and Koh Samui, there are not many tourists on the entire island.
Salahek Fishing Village is 23 kilometers away from the pier and there is no public transportation, so there are fewer tourists than near the pier. However, it is still an ideal destination to experience the original ecology of Thailand.
