Chay Talay, a famous seafood restaurant on Koh Lanta.

My first time visiting Koh Lanta, I made a list of recommended restaurants and tourist attractions on the island. One of the restaurants that people and locals on Koh Lanta recommended was Shine Talay.

The restaurant is located on Koh Lanta's walking street and has a sea view. The sea breeze creates an atmosphere that makes the food even more delicious. There is also a fresh seafood pond for us to choose from, including lobster, sea bass, and squid.

Today we ordered lobster sashimi, which was fresh, sweet, and delicious. Steamed fish with soy sauce was a bit bland. Curry crab was delicious as expected. They say that if seafood is fresh, it's 80% delicious. It seems to be true!
