Indigo Specialty Coffee & Bakery เกาะพะงัน

The newest cafe on Koh Phangan, Indigo Specialty Coffee & Bakery, the second branch in Thong Sala, after the great success of the first branch in Hin Kong. The owner is an Israeli with a Thai wife. The decoration is in a tropical style, mainly indigo blue. Most of the customers here are foreigners because there are many breads and bakery to choose from. The taste is very delicious.

We tried the Canele, a croissant with a buttery aroma and meringue that is not too sweet. Eat it with hot cappuccino. But if anyone wants a healthy breakfast, they also have a vegan menu.
