Lamai Beach

Beautiful beach, lots of places to hang on the beach. Whether placing down a towel or renting a beach chair for 100 baht.

The sand was white and soft. Tons of restaurants and massage places. We stayed right on Lamai beach for 7 nights.

My only issue was the rough water. Every day the waves just pounded you. They would knock you down and drag you in the sand. Not very relaxing and not good for small children or bringing any floaty devices. The sun rises here so have to watch where you go as gets shaded in the afternoon. Have to keep moving your towel.

No sunsets on this beach.
