Come to Koh Samui for a lazy vacation‼️ This Thai island is perfect for relaxing, and you can have an amazing time in just three days and two nights~blue sea and sky, coconut groves and sandy beaches, plus delicious😋 Thai seafood with great value for money‼️
🌴 Three-day highlight itinerary:
Day 1:
Fly to Koh Samui in the morning and head straight to Chaweng Beach, where the sand is as fine as flour! I recommend The Library hotel's beach; just order a cocktail and you can lounge all day. At 4 PM, go to Grandma and Grandpa Rocks to watch the sunset—just navigate to "Grandma and Grandpa Rocks." For dinner, you must try the Chaweng Night Market; the mango sticky rice and Thai fried flat noodles are so fragrant you'll want to stomp your feet!
Day 2:
Sleep in and then visit Fisherman's Village for shopping; there are many Instagram-worthy cafes here. Have a seafood platter for lunch at Coco Tam's—the grilled prawns with their special sauce are amazing! In the afternoon, join a half-day snorkeling tour; I recommend Ang Thong National Marine Park, where you can see lots of tropical fish🐟.
Day 3:
In the morning, you must experience Koh Samui’s specialty—beachside Thai massage! I recommend The Spa Resort; the massage while listening to the sound of the waves is super healing. Before checking out, remember to visit Big Buddha for a photo op; the golden Buddha✨ is truly impressive. Nearby is a seaside restaurant called "Bang Po Seafood," where the crab vermicelli pot is a must-try!
🍍 Food highlights:
- Seafood BBQ: Charcoal-grilled giant lobster at Mit Samui Restaurant
- Thai hot pot: Cliffside hot pot at Jungle Club, where the scenery🏔 and food are both amazing
- Coconut ice cream: Available at roadside stalls everywhere, topped with crushed peanuts and super tasty😋
💡 Useful tips:
1. For transportation, renting a scooter is recommended, about 200 THB per day, but be sure to wear a helmet
2. Buy sunscreen with SPF 50+; the UV rays🔆 by the sea are especially strong
3. You can buy mosquito repellent and after-sun care cheaply at 7-Eleven
4. Tips don’t need to be much, usually 20-50 THB is enough
You can rent a mobile router at the airport; the signal on the island is sometimes good, sometimes bad. It’s best to avoid November during the rainy season; other times are great with🌝 blue skies and white clouds~
