Exceptional Service at Banyan Tree

Our time at Banyan Tree was among the finest experiences during our trip to Thailand. The service provided is exceptional， with staff anticipating your needs before you even express them. Chef Khun Chitchom from Saffron is incredibly talented and genuinely cares for her guests (we've tried Saffron at another Banyan in Thailand， but it didn't compare). The Villas are stunning， offering ample space and privacy. We adored the resort， though we're not fans of Koh Samui， which kept us from exploring outside. If this resort were located in Krabi (where we stayed at another less impressive Banyan)， it would become our regular spot in Thailand.
