Kuju Yume Suspension Bridge

Kokonoe Town, located southwest of Oita Airport. We went to the Kokonoe "Yume" Suspension Bridge, Japan's tallest suspension bridge for pedestrians only. 🚶 Right in front of you is the Shindo Falls, which was selected as one of the "100 Best Waterfalls in Japan," and you can also see the famous autumn foliage spot, Kusuikei. ⛰️
In addition, below the bridge is the virgin forest of the Naruko River Valley, which flows through the source area of the Chikugo River, and you can enjoy the majestic natural beauty. 👌
In the distance, the magnificent Kuju Mountain Range lies, and the 360-degree panorama from Japan's tallest suspension bridge was spectacular. 😭✨
It's truly a "walk in the sky" 🚶
Close There is also an observation deck where you can see the entire Kuni Suspension Bridge, so the view from there is also recommended 👀
When I went, the leaves were just starting to change color, but once the season really gets going, you'll be able to enjoy the crimson-colored autumn scenery 🍁
