The appetizer was four kinds of bruschetta. ๐Ÿฅ– Izu and I each chose the one we wanted the most, and the rest were first-come, first-served. โœจ
I think I've only ever eaten lamb in Hokkaido, except for Jingisukan. ๐Ÿค”
It was my first time trying lamb chops. ๐Ÿ‘ Apparently, each lamb chop weighs about 100g. โœจ
It had no odor, no strong flavor, and was incredibly easy to eat! The loin was a little chewy, but still tender. ๐Ÿ‘ Served with five types of salt and three sauces. โœจ
The raw lamb sausage was plump and tender. ๐Ÿ‘ Juicy and with a great texture. โœจ
We also had lamb stew and mapo tofu. ๐Ÿ‘ Everything was so delicious, I was blown away. ๐Ÿฅบ
Izu, who drinks, had two sparkling wines and a mimosa cocktail. ๐Ÿธ I had ginger ale and dark oolong tea. โœ‹
To finish off, we had fruit daifuku made by the owner, a former pastry chef. ๐Ÿ“
It's amazing that we, with such weak stomachs, were able to eat all of this without any trouble. ๐Ÿซฃ
We left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied. ๐Ÿ’• The lamb was delicious! The restaurant was stylish and lovely. โœจ I want to go back again. ๐Ÿฅฐ
