The appetizer was four kinds of bruschetta. ๐ฅ Izu and I each chose the one we wanted the most, and the rest were first-come, first-served. โจ
I think I've only ever eaten lamb in Hokkaido, except for Jingisukan. ๐ค
It was my first time trying lamb chops. ๐ Apparently, each lamb chop weighs about 100g. โจ
It had no odor, no strong flavor, and was incredibly easy to eat! The loin was a little chewy, but still tender. ๐ Served with five types of salt and three sauces. โจ
The raw lamb sausage was plump and tender. ๐ Juicy and with a great texture. โจ
We also had lamb stew and mapo tofu. ๐ Everything was so delicious, I was blown away. ๐ฅบ
Izu, who drinks, had two sparkling wines and a mimosa cocktail. ๐ธ I had ginger ale and dark oolong tea. โ
To finish off, we had fruit daifuku made by the owner, a former pastry chef. ๐
It's amazing that we, with such weak stomachs, were able to eat all of this without any trouble. ๐ซฃ
We left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied. ๐ The lamb was delicious! The restaurant was stylish and lovely. โจ I want to go back again. ๐ฅฐ
