I went to Yasaka Shrine in Kokura, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka ☺️

Yasaka Shrine, which has a history of over 400 years, is located on the grounds of Kokura Castle.

Locals call it "Gion-san of Kokura" and it attracts many visitors.

It is said to bring good luck in warding off evil, finding a partner, prospering business, safety of the home, and prosperity of industry.

You can see Kokura Castle and the cherry blossoms were beautiful ☺️

It is a shrine with a sense of openness.
