"Live Horse Mackerel Sashimi"
Freshly scooped from the tank, this horse mackerel 🐟 is incredibly fresh, with an unbeatable texture and flavor 🤤

What’s more, after you finish eating, the head and bones are deep-fried for you 🙌

Crispy with a perfect touch of salt, it’s an ideal snack to pair with drinks ◎

The yakitori, made with carefully selected domestic brand chicken, is seasoned with special salt and grilled to perfection over Binchotan charcoal 🔥

Each skewer is generously portioned, and the quality is so high it could rival a dedicated yakitori restaurant 🥺✨

My personal favorites were:

"Pork Belly"
Sweet, fatty, thick, and juicy 🐷

"Liver"
Rich and flavorful ❤️
I absolutely loved this one ❣️

"Melty Egg and Bacon Skewer"
The savory bacon and the gooey soft-boiled egg were a perfect match ❣️
It was also very filling 😳

"Shrimp Wrapped in Pork Skewer"
The plump texture and aroma were irresistible 🍤

Every dish was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious ❤️

The restaurant features all-horigotatsu seating, making it comfortable, and it also has counter seats for solo diners and private rooms with a garden view, perfect for families to relax 🥰
