The ginger ginger on top added a special touch.
The flavor was very mild.

The tomato sauce was absolutely delicious. 🍅
The pork was very tender.

The noodles are a little thin.
The portion is quite generous.
The broth is absolutely delicious. ♡

It's not rice, it's takikomi gohan lol.
This is irresistibly good! And delicious!

The first time I went, the restaurant looked exactly like an udon shop, but it's been renovated and doesn't feel as much like it used to. lol
But it's a counter-only restaurant, so it does have some udon-restaurant-esque elements.
